David leads DRB as President, Car Wash Solutions representing DRB and building top-to-top relationships with partners and customers. David has extensive experience and a proven record of success in driving growth and customer-focused business outcomes. Prior to joining DRB he held senior leadership roles in the financial self-service industry, most recently at NCR Atleos, where he was recognized for his success in helping customers build complex business solutions that solve high-value customer problems.

Kyle Augsberger

Vice President, Customer Success

Kyle leads DRB’s customer success strategy with a focus on customer health, advocacy, and long-term value realization. His leadership centers on building proactive customer engagement models that leverage data insights, Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen customer partnerships and drive measurable business outcomes. Prior to DRB, Kyle held leadership roles focused on customer experience, strategic relationship management, and operational strategy, where he developed a strong foundation in customer advocacy and organizational transformation.

Taryn Chmielowicz

VP of Product Management & Marketing

Taryn leads DRB's product management and marketing organizations, driving innovation through data-powered strategy, customer centric design, and market-shaping product leadership. She brings a strong track record of building high-impact solutions from her previous roles in the automotive and fitness industries, where she honed her expertise in strategic marketing, digital transformation, and product lifecycle leadership. 

Ken Kleve

Senior Director, Finance

Ken leads the Finance function at DRB. With over 20 years of experience in financial planning, revenue management & operational excellence, he partners with DRB & Vontier’s business leaders to drive performance and growth.  As a member of DRB’s executive leadership team, Ken works to implement process improvements that position DRB for long term success.  Before joining DRB, Ken held leadership roles at Joann Fabrics and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

Tyson Meikle

Director of People & Culture

Tyson is a people-first HR leader who partners closely with executives to build inclusive, high-performing organizations. As Director of People & Culture, he brings a strategic yet hands-on approach across the full talent lifecycle, from acquisition to development and employee experience. Tyson is passionate about helping teams thrive and is known for fostering strong relationships, leading through change with empathy, and creating thoughtful, scalable people practices. Previously, Tyson held leadership roles at JoAnn Stores, Hyland and MRI Software.

Patrick Mulcahy

VP of Engineering

Patrick drives DRB’s technology strategy and execution, delivering the product roadmap and spearheading development innovation across product lines. With over 20 years of experience in cloud transformations and global engineering, he ensures DRB stays ahead in the tech landscape. Most recently, Patrick served as VP of Cloud Platform Engineering at Hyland, honing his expertise in cloud solutions and strategic leadership. 

Scott Willis

Vice President, Customer Call Center

Scott leads all Support and Implementation operations at DRB, with a focus on building high-performing teams and delivering support experiences that meet customers where they are. With more than 30 years of experience across operations, support, and organizational development, he brings deep expertise shaped by leadership roles at AT&T and Concentrix. Throughout his career, Scott has been committed to helping organizations grow stronger by developing people, improving service delivery, and creating the right experience for the right customers at the right time.
