DRB® In-Bay Solutions can provide up to two (2) hours of dedicated support from one of our techs at a guaranteed date and time. If installation is needed at a later date, the charge does increase. This service is available to DRB distributors only, in accordance with our Warranty policy.
Note: if multiple devices of the same type (i.e. WashPay self-serve bays) are being installed, DRB In-Bay Solutions will assist with the configuration of the first device to be used as an example for the remainder.
