• The Accounts Report now uses the correct name for an account when the name is changed in Account Manager.
• The Revenue Details report now correctly reports prepaid monetary account redemptions and prepaid product account redemptions.
• Fleet reports run in Director now match those run in Sierra for the same time period.
• The Tax and Credit report now shows correct totals for sales in which upsells and add-ons are involved.
• The Fleet Report run in Director matches the same Fleet Report run in Sierra.

• The logic for Next Run time for scheduled promotions has been updated to prevent missing time stamps due to time zone differences. Additionally, a new link has been added to each line on Scheduler that opens a notification describing any errors that occurred to a schedule.
• The "Added Services" button has been removed as an option from scheduled special promotions.

Analyzer

• Selecting the previous month as a time frame for Analyzer now shows trending data properly without encountering an error.

Account Manager

• Searching for a fleet account by its account number yields the correct search results.

Fleet Accounts

• Whenever fleet account users are updated in Sierra, the contact details name is correctly updated in Director.

Watcher

• Whenever a product is purchased at a site, Watcher now reports the correct product as purchased.

A new Marketing Tools menu category has been added to Director. The features under this menu option are as follows:

• The ability to add and edit accounts has been added to the Marketing Tools page, similar to the functionality present in Sierra^®.
• The ability to create accounts has been added to Director, similar to the functionality present in Sierra. This includes the ability to create an account from a program or as a new fleet account and, and it includes a batch activation option, as well.
• The ability to create and edit fleet accounts has been added to the Marketing Tools page, similar to the functionality present in Sierra.

This update includes a new report and enhancements to existing reports.

• An Uptime Report has been created. It measures, in percentage, the period of time the site is up and running compared to the operating time. Example: A site which is up and running for nine hours and has an operating period of 10 hours has an uptime percentage of 90% (running hours / operating hours = uptime percentage).
• Fleet reports and invoices now list the business name and address to whom payment should be remitted.
• The Codes Listing Report can now be filtered for a specific batch of generated codes.
• An Account Activations Report has been added to the new Marketing Tools page. The report shows which accounts have been activated or reloaded within the date range. The report can be filtered for account type, account program and account number. Account fields are as follows:
  • Account Name
  • Account Number
  • Account Program
  • Date
  • Sale Type
  • Value
  • Price
  • User ID (the user who issued/reloaded the account)
• The transaction report filter now includes a setting for the user to choose to view only wash sales, only code sales or all sales. Wash sales only include transactions associated with a kiosk device whereas code sales only include transactions associated with Connector. The Transaction Extract report will remain unchanged.
• The Payments report now shows the count and value of promotions as equal to their uses.
• For transactions in which a POS code is redeemed and additional payment is applied for an upsell, the Transactions Report lists both the code and additional payment not just the code.
• Scheduled reports no longer show a successful status when they haven't run. Scheduled reports that didn't run show the appropriate status and last ran date.
• For transactions paid using cash and credit, the Tax and Credit Report no longer shows the full amount as having been paid by credit; only the portion paid by credit is shown.
• The Activations Report generation time is no longer excessive. Additionally, a retention period has been added to Director to improve data purging.
• The Organizer Details Report now shows data for all sites selected in the filter.
• Accounts displayed as exhausted or expired in the Marketing/Account Summary Report also display that way in Marketing/Account Manager.
• The Transactions Report now shows added services which appear in the Transactions Extract Report.
• The Accounts Summary report in Director and Sierra now shows all Sierra accounts.
• The Account report no longer shows the rewash count as a dollar amount but as an integer.
• Watcher, Analyzer and Reporter no longer perform slowly when reports are being generated.
• The Accounts-Usage Report's data now matches that of the Fleet Report.
• The Fleet report no longer reports duplicate transactions.
• All fleet transactions and their totals reported by Sierra reports match those reported by Director reports.
• The Director Account Summary report now shows the correct balances for prepaid accounts that were reloaded through Director.
• The Transactions and Transactions Extract reports now includes self-serve products activated by fleet accounts.
• The Director Transactions Report now shows the proper name of added services in the Added Services column. Additionally, the Fleet Accounts Report now shows proper transaction totals for fleet and prepaid transactions involving charges for an added service.

• The ability to edit accounts which were activated at a site has been added to Director, similar to the functionality present in Sierra.
• Fleet account discounts with a 0 (zero) dollar amount no longer need to have a discount type selected to be saved.
• When creating an account or account program based on a product, the product SKU number is now listed with the product so that customers can more easily distinguish products from each other when selecting a wash.
• Updating an account that has been made inactive or disabled no longer activates or enables the account. Additionally, accounts marked inactive or disabled at one site are inactive or disabled at all connected sites.

• The ability to schedule and edit promotions has been added to Director, similar to the functionality present in Sierra.
• The Promotions Manager in Director no longer has “Allow Discounts” checked by default. This now matches Sierra's Promotions Manager default setting.
• When creating a promotion, the Applicable Wash drop-down list features SKUs as they appear under the admin wash list.
   

• Account programs can now have their names edited.
• The specials promotion setup page no longer includes a setting for Site Lynx ID. Additionally, Unitec^® Tech Support no longer appears as a default role.
• Groups selected in Watcher are now immediately seen to be selected.

This release features many other enhancements, inlcuding the following

Code Management

• The ability to sort, filter and edit the Code Generator product list has been added. Additionally, the drop-down list of products on the Code Generator, Account Programs and Fleet Accounts configuration pages will all be limited to those that are checked in the Edit Product SKUs page.
• The Account Importer function is now located on the bulk activation page in Account Manager in place of the Account Claim and Account Activator functions. Additionally, when the account file is imported and saved, all account numbers in the file are activated for the assigned account program. The account name saved for each account will be the name of the file downloaded.

Documentation

• A Director Alerts manual has been created. It details various alert codes, their meanings and what troubleshooting steps to take to resolve them.
• A topic detailing how to schedule Welcome and Post Sale videos has been published and added to Director's documentation.

Network Communications

• Port 2022 can now be used for SFTP communication when transferring data for scheduled reports.
• SFTP remote folders now support subfolders.

Scheduler

• Specials configured in Scheduler are now able to discount washes by a percentage of the price as well as by a set price value.
• Scheduler now requires the time zone field for a scheduled event to be filled in before allowing the event to be saved.

VIP Cards

• VIP cards that are redeemed while Connector is enabled now work as intended.
• VIP cards no longer fail due to system error 99.

Watcher

• Sales data for various sites now appears in Watcher for Beacon Mobile.
• Watcher now displays site transaction data correctly.

Alerts
Director checks kiosk names and, if a kiosk has no name, checks kiosk IDs to determine what alerts should be synchronized with a given kiosk.

AWS Services
The Amazon RDS and Amazon Aurora SSL/TLS certificates have been renewed.

Connector
When synchronizing alerts with Director, Connector will retry synchronizing alerts that failed to synchronize up to a point and then quit attempts to synchronize after then.

Device Settings
Admin users are now able to set specific devices as inactive, meaning that they are excluded from Director API calls and do not appear in the Analyzer or Watcher view.

Director Mobile
The Active Alerts counts now match the actual number of alerts.

LiveComm
Director can now properly send callbacks to the Sierra server when a wash is triggered.

MSI Updater
Director now shows software updates as either successful or failed.

Network Security
HSTS, an optional response header, has been configured to permit web browsers to only communicate via HTTPS, making network communications more secure from external threats.

Notifier
The Get Notifications From field for a selected notification in Notifier now shows checkmarks for locations and groups selected to use that notification.

Searcher
Discount codes generated by Director now appear in Searcher's search results.

Updater
Updater now shows the status of successfully installed updates as "successful" instead of as "delivered."

Wash Select^® II
Wash Select II devices now reported entered codes as valid instead of expired.
