Requirements to Receive Full Credit for Returned Product

  1. The original Purchaser must request an RMA (“Return Material Authorization”) below and return Product (“Product(s)”) to DRB® within 30 days of original shipment.
  2. The returned Product must be unused and in the original packing material.
  3. DRB must issue an RMA prior to Purchaser returning Product.
  4. In order to receive an RMA, Purchaser will need to supply the original sales order or invoice number.
  5. RMA number must be noted visibly on the package being returned.

Purchaser is responsible for cost of inbound freight and, if return is not accepted, for the cost of freight back to the Purchaser.

Requirements to Receive Partial Credit for Returned Product

  1. The original Purchaser must request an RMA below and return Product to DRB within 90 days of original shipment.
  2. DRB must issue an RMA prior to Purchaser returning Product.
  3. DRB must approve all returns. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be at least $50.00 in value.
  4. The returned Product must be in working condition.
  5. The Product must be received at DRB within 90 days of shipment.
  6. RMA number must be noted visibly on the package being returned.

Purchaser is responsible for cost of inbound freight and, if return is not accepted, for the cost of freight back to the Purchaser.

Products Ineligible for Return Credit

  1. Special/Custom order Product
  2. Obsolete Products
  3. Software
  4. Products over 90 days after shipment

Procedure

  1. Purchaser completes the Return Request Form below.
  2. DRB will determine if the return is valid and, if so, issue an RMA and provide it to the Purchaser.
  3. The RMA number must be noted visibly on the outside of the box of the returned Product. If not the package will be rejected.
  4. The Purchaser is responsible for the freight of the Product that is being returned. Products returned must be packaged adequately to protect the contents from shipping damage. Be certain to ship your return by a traceable means (UPS, Federal Express, etc.).  DRB is not responsible for parts that are lost in route.  
  5. Upon receipt of the authorized return, DRB will evaluate the condition of the Product and determine the final credit amount.
