Advanced Online Reporting
Sierra’s advanced online reporting engine keeps operators in touch with their business anytime from anywhere with access to real-time dashboards with equipment status, wash counts and revenue.

Sierra minimizes downtime in operations with email and text notifications that alert operators when equipment fails or needs service.

Promotional features allow operators to set up, manage and track various marketing programs, such as:

  • Spin-to-Win Games – While waiting for their turn in the bay, customers can win discount codes for future washes or products in an associated C-Store or from a local business wash pay station screen showing a spin-to-win game
  • Discounts – Operators can set up VIP Wash Coupons and codes with usage limitations and scheduling capabilities, allowing them to designate how and when a discount can be applied. They can also provide those coupons and codes to local businesses (e.g. gas stations, lube shops) to share with their customers for a discount or complimentary wash.
  • Fundraisers – When a fundraiser is set up through Sierra, the system automatically allocates whatever portion of the wash sale the operator specifies to be donated. This introduces new customers to the wash while allowing the business to support worthwhile causes.
  • Specials – Discounts can be scheduled to automatically be applied at specific times. Specials can apply to any wash package, and you can specify the discount amount.
  • Video – Operators can use video from pre-sale through post-sale to welcome customers, display promos, explain upsell services and cross promote C-Store or gas station offers.

Loyalty Programs
Sierra supports operator efforts to lock in customer loyalty, including fleet accounts, subscription wash programs, loyalty discounts (buy nine washes, get the 10th free), etc. Our enterprise-level management system Director® allows these programs to be shared across a chain’s car wash sites.

Pay stations with Sierra can be programmed to automatically encourage upsells, such as pre-paid upgrades, add-on services, wash bundles and token dispensing.
