The ability to capture and store acceptance of Terms & Conditions is available within SiteWatch when using XPTs and Website Connect.

  • To ensure this feature is configured correctly for your XPTs, changes may need to be made to your system. Click here and complete the form. DRB will contact you to determine what adjustments are needed for your XPT.  
  • As of 7/1/2025, Website Connect will systematically capture and store the acceptance of your Terms & Conditions.  

Communications to Subscription Customers 

SiteWatch does not include a built-in automation for customer notifications. However, wash operators can utilize our API and collaborate with certified interface developers to notify consumers about subscription renewals and price changes.
