My name is Mohamed Sharaf. I am the CEO of Wash Masters Car Wash.
We're honored to have a relationship with DRB and with the Vontier family as a whole for almost 30 years now, first through Gilbarco Veeder-Root and for the last 20-plus years via DRB. Our very first location that we built in 2004 was with DRB. We are about to open Wash Masters number 24, and we've been exclusively DRB ever since.
One of the most exciting and helpful value-adds that DRB brings is the ownership of Suds. And so we have been using Suds since 20120 or 2021. We use them on every single grand opening that we have now, and they have proven absolutely invaluable. Without them, we wouldn't price our car washes or our product anywhere near the way that we're doing it now, and they've delivered to us hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions.
DRB's forward planning is really fantastic. Just yesterday, we had a planning meeting where we just started 2025 and we're planning all the way out well into 2026 for our POS systems. They know sometimes better than I do exactly where we are in terms of upgrade timelines for existing systems, new builds and then shipment and installations and upgrades for all of our existing as well as our upcoming projects.
So we're going to begin hopefully this year embarking on moving to Patheon, and I think going to a cloud-based system is going to even further reduce the amount of time and effort we have in troubleshooting issues and changing memberships. That's what gets me most excited as I think about the next couple of years and how to offer customers an experience and services and pricing that they cannot get at any of our competitors.
