Hey everyone and welcome to today's webinar, loyalty, speed and predictable revenue fueled by Washify. My name is Jean. I've been a part of the onboarding team with Washify for a little over six years now. And during that time, I've had the opportunity of working with hundreds of owners, operators and distributors all across the country, hearing about what's important to them in a point of sale system and also some of the challenges they face with the current system they had. I'm so excited today to be able to show you how Washify is going to be able to help grow your business. Let's jump right in.

It's a slow cloudy day, the third one in a row, and you're trying to figure out how to generate more business. You decide you want to run a $3 off promotion for anyone that has your app. For most point of sale systems, that's difficult. But with Washify, it's as simple as logging into your Washify admin page, whether you're on site or remote, creating the discount, typing out the message and hitting send. The customer will receive a notification letting them know they have a discount available for that day in seconds, allowing you to turn a bad weather day into a profitable one. Where else can we find customers? The C-Store is a great way for IBA operators to connect with customers you might have not been able to reach otherwise. With our gas pump integration, getting those impulse buys has never been easier. And the great thing about it is it doesn't even have to be on site. You can have a separate C-Store, or even partner with a neighboring gas station to sell your washes.

I've been there before, filling up my car and get a notification at the pump for a car wash. I look around at my dirty car that's covered in pollen or salt from the last snow storm we just had. It's like the gas pump read my mind. I was converted from someone who eventually would have gotten around to washing my car, to making a purchase right then and there. And since I was already in a buying mood, why not throw in a car wash?

Washify's AI powered LPR is constantly learning and improving to make sure it's always a fast transaction for your customers. No cards, no codes, no lines. This is especially important during those peak hours, giving you the ability to reduce staff without sacrificing quality. What's even cooler… is even if the customer is not a member, LPR can help redeem and build loyalty points, save washbooks for purchases or redemptions. It can also create a customer history for each transaction, giving you another opportunity to collect valuable data that can be used for a future promotion. Washify's AI powered LPR is also built to protect your business from customer abuse. IBA's are probably asking yourself, okay, “Jean, what happens when I start offering memberships and Billy decides to wash 15 times in a row on Saturday”? With smart IBA limits, you control the usage. Set a once-a-day limit or a monthly limit. Once the customer hits the limit, the kiosk lets them know and prompts them to buy a single wash. This way you can prevent congestion and allow those important single wash buyers to not turn away.

How else can we increase revenue per user? Multi-family plans gives you another tool. Signing up additional vehicles to an existing plan allows an entire family to have a membership and benefit from a clean car. The customer can either pull right up to the kiosk with the car they want to sign up, input the primary phone number on the account, and the kiosk quickly pairs the plans. Or, if the customer is sitting at home, they can add as many cars as they like directly from the loyalty app by simply selecting the plan and adding the vehicle's license plate.

Once they pull up to the kiosk, it will automatically redeem them. But it doesn't stop there. Let's say you have a police department in town that doesn't want to have a card on file and wants to receive an invoice for the cars they wash. Simply create the account in the backend, add the vehicles, any special pricing you might be offering, and turn on “allow invoice”. It's that easy. This will generate an easy-to-read billing statement that can be sent to the customer every month, allowing them to wash that day and pay later.
